Take I-25 to Exit 135 (Hwy 115) into Florence. Turn left (south) on Hwy 67 and follow to Wetmore. Turn right onto Hwy 96 and go into Westcliffe. Course is 3 miles north of Westcliffe off Hwy 96.
Located about 60 miles west of Colorado Springs and roughly 2 1/2 hours drive from Denver, Westcliffe is a small community with cattle farmers and a true feel of the Old West.
The course itself features teeny tiny greens, primitive fairways, and a spectacular view. With the elevated greens, you might want to hit the ball short and make good use of your pitching wedge to avoid rolling the ball to far and going for another chip shot.
Take your time, relax, and enjoy the view. Early morning and late evening play add the bonus of sunrises and sunsets against the mountains. Tee times are not required at this public course.
